We are very proud to show you our beautiful executive family vacation home in sunny Florida. Our family is seriously enthusiastic about our new villa and hope that you will be too.

Newly built, completed in October 2003, our four bedroom three bathroom villa, is on a large corner plot with private garden and backs directly on to the second fairway at the highly regarded 4* Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club just 15 minutes from Disney World. Weekly rates from £440.

"Florida Palms" is beautifully furnished in soft pastel colours predominantly with a blue and yellow theme. It is fully air-conditioned.

The pool has underwater lighting and the screened deck area has been extended to comfortably accommodate both the pool and spa and yet still leave ample room for the six seater table setting and loungers.

There is an overhead rotating fan/light to keep the area pleasantly cool on those many hot days and evenings.

The great room with cathedral ceiling has sliding doors to the pool area, it has two large sofas and chair, cable TV, DVD, Hi Fi and PS2. At the other end there is a formal dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a breakfast table and chairs with views to the pool area, from the kitchen you can also access our new games room. BBQ available for use in garden.

There are two queen master suites with ensuite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms sharing a third bathroom. The main master has a walk in wardrobe and sliding doors leading to the pool area. Cot available.

From the rear of the villa, there are uninterrupted views of the golf course. It is very pleasant to relax in the pool or spa or with a refreshing drink after a day at the theme parks, the beach or playing golf and look out at the beautiful trees and shrubs on the course often watching a magnificent sunset. There is a removable children's safety netting around the immediate pool area should there be children in the party.

Southern Dunes is a secure gated community providing added peace of mind. At the entrance there is a Bank, a petrol station and a Super Wal-Mart selling food and basically everything else you are ever likely to need. There is a Blockbuster video store and also a W C Penny - for the odd drink or three! The complex has three community pools, two tennis courts, gymnasium, pool table and children's play area as well as a picturesque boating /fishing lake. For golfers, you can tee off just minutes away from the villa and be challenged on the prestigious championship course. Celebrities play on this course and you may sometimes see a star or two! However, whether you are a golf enthusiast or not the impressive clubhouse has an inviting bar as well as a restaurant serving very good quality breakfast, lunch and dinner. A well stocked golf shop is adjacent to the clubhouse selling quality branded clothing and equipment

All the major theme parks are easily accessible and both the Atlantic and the Gulf coasts are a very comfortable 60 minute drive on the Interstate 4 motorway that is only a matter of minutes away.

Current Prices and Dates (Villa cost per week)

A reservation deposit of ONLY £100 PER WEEK is required to secure a booking with the balance payable in full 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a Damage Security deposit of £250, the latter being refunded immediately following a report from our management company that the villa and its contents have not been damaged.

Electric pool and spa heating if required is an option extra chargeable at £12/$20 per day. We recommend that clients take this option during the slightly cooler months from October through to March when the sun cannot be completely relied upon to heat the pool.

All major credit cards are accepted with a 2.9% surcharge.
